Gentlemen,

Moreover, I believe that this organization, with an "alliance" of others such as, the the New Jersey State League of Master Plumbers of which many of us are members, the New Jersey Plumbing Heating & Cooling Contractors, UA Local 9,and our friends in the New Jersey Council of Master Plumbers. Together, I believe we can return entire plumbing & mechanical profession here in New Jersey back to standards and skills that evoke an image of professional craftsmen, instead of stereotypical cartoons and slogans that only cheapen such an important asset to public health and safety.

  The Corporate Bylaws of the New Jersey Alliance have been in the process of being revised since the very brief, rudimentary document I had crafted in an effort to save time. The revisions are very detailed and are being written with the intent of thoroughly addressing any possible issue or issues that may hamper the business and progress of the Organization. This has been a problem in other organizations. The Board of Directors have been working very hard on them with some supplementary input from other professionals. We are hopeful that they can be brought before the General Assembly at the next meeting.
